With a PhD in Psychology and a fierce commitment to trauma-informed care, Dr. Stance is the founder of BWIT Luxurious Fostering, a transitional housing program that uplifts foster youth and justice-involved young adults. She is also the visionary behind Prep-4-Youth Empowerment, mentoring young people toward education, employment, and healing.
